The absolute lack of professional and personal honesty on the part of this individual/company leads us to this very unusual step.

Do not do any business with this fly-by-night outfit and if you must, please see to it that you collect whatever amount may be due in advance.

Do not rely on any documents they may provide: they are able and willing to forge and falsify them.
