How long does it take, after uploading, to begin rendering?
Normally, as soon as we receive your project files, we will screen them immediately to ensure that everything needed for rendering is available.
Once we are certain that rendering can begin, we submit your job to the render farm, where it is queued for processing.
Checking your files and submitting the render job usually happens within a half hour of receipt of your files.
Depending on the number of jobs currently running, actual rendering will usually begin not later than one hour after submission.
In some rare cases, the normal process may take longer. If you are faced with a critically short deadline, it is very important that you let us know how soon you need your renderings. In some cases, we will be able to give your job aded priority to ensure that your deadline is met without conflicting with other jobs running or waiting in the queue.
Please note that we do NOT charge extra for prioritizing jobs. Nonetheless, our render farm operates primarily on a "first come, first served" basis and we cannot guarantee that extremely short deadlines will always be met.
