My scene requires the use of a V-Ray light cache and irradiance map. Do I need to send those along with the rest of the files or can remote-render.com do these for me?
You have the option of uploading your light cache and irradiance map(s) along with the rest of your project files.
If you provide them, these will be used to render your scene(s).
If you prefer, however, we can render these for you as well. Any render times incurred in the process will be charged normally, based on current render rates. There is NO charge for the manual processing required.
If you want us to render the light cache and irradiance in a special way, please let us know before we begin processing.
