I understand that you use FTP to transfer the completed frames. Can you upload these to my own server instead of yours?

We provide an FTP server for your convenience. However, if you prefer that we use your FTP server to upload completed frames, we will gladly do so.

Please make sure that you give us the necessary information for us to download your project files as well as upload the rendered frames.

At a minimum, we will need the host name, the user name and the password. If your FTP server uses other information to enable access, please pass this information as well.
