The first step will be contacting us and letting us know that you are ready to send your project files for rendering.
We will then create an FTP account on our server to enable you to upload your project files. Your access information will be mailed to you.
All the files needed to render your project should be included in one or more compressed archive files, such as .ZIP or .RAR.
Please make sure that ALL necessary files are included. Particular attention should be given to VRayMtl texture maps and vray proxies (.vrmesh).
Once you have a complete compressed archive ready to send, upload it to our server, using the FTP account access information we will have provided you.
We will monitor the FTP server but, to ensure prompt attention, please send us an email once the upload has completed.
We will perform a test render to determine if all necessary files are present. If any should be missing, we will contact you immediately.
Once we have determined that all needed files are present, we will proceed to render your project or prepare a definitive quote based on our test renders.
When we begin rendering your project, you will received an email informing you, as well as when rendering has completed.
Your individual frames will be uploaded to your FTP account as they are rendered. You will be able to monitor the output as it takes place.
Once all the frames have been rendered, these will also be packed into a compressed archive and uploaded to your FTP account, including any supporting files we may have rendered for you, such as light cache (.vrlmap) and irradiance maps (.vrmap).
